Orders received are processed latest within two business days until they are handed over to the Swiss Post. Parcels will be sent by PostPac Economy, generally taking two working days until they arrive at your place and free of charge within Switzerland.

We will do our best to comply with this service level, but please bear with us if additional shipping delays occur. Be assured that we will do our best to get our backpacks as soon as possible and will keep you updated should any delay impact your order.

Tax & Duties

International orders (shipments outside CH & Liechtenstein) may be subject to customs or import duties. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore, customers are responsible for covering the potential separate payment request from your local transport service. Import duties and taxes vary from country to country – please contact your local customs office for more information before placing any order with us to avoid surprises.
